GIS web mapping and data vizualization platform
Recruit Maps was created as an exercise in data visualization. As a fan of both College Football and data analysis, I took an opportunity to mesh the two together by finding & presenting data related to the world of prep football player recruiting by NCAA Football programs (FBS subdivision). It provides a nice visual representation of where recruits come from and how far they end up traveling from home once they select their college of choice.
