Geospatial Parcel Data ETL
This is a routine ETL task that is performed about once per month. The purpose is to obtain publicly available parcel data (boundaries, ownership, sales transactions, etc.), transform the data into a predefined schema, and then load the data to a PostgreSQL database to be used in a geospatial data management system.
